Hear from Kinsley:

“I am very passionate about people & food. I believe food is meant to provide both nourishment and pleasure. Eating disorders do not discriminate, nor do I. Every human is worthy of being seen and heard. YOU are the expert of your story and each person has a unique story & experience. I am committed to providing a safe space to all of my clients. My practice is a flexible, non-diet approach, weight-inclusive, utilizing the Intuitive Eating principles to achieve an individualized, sustainable healthy lifestyle. I provide a non-judgmental approach with warmth, curiosity, compassion, and energy. I provide support to all of my clients while helping them gain insight, develop self-compassion, and repair their relationship with food while also healing the mind, body & soul.

Kinsley is happy to take a faith-based approach to client support if desired.

Her favorite Bible verse is Matthew 5:14-16, which reads:

You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.”
